Business Development Executive

Experience: 1 to 3 years

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales, build client relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT services and a passion for growing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Present and pitch Codologi IT Solutions’ services, including website development, mobile apps, and IT solutions.
  • Work closely with the technical team to propose the best solutions for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and close deals efficiently.
  • Research market trends and competitors to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of IT services, website development, and mobile app solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and sales tracking software is a plus.

React Native Developer

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Location: Delhi/NCR

We are looking for a React Native Developer who is passionate about building high-quality, scalable, and performant mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance React Native applications for iOS and Android.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to implement app features.
  • Optimize app performance to ensure fast load times, responsiveness, and smooth user experiences.
  • Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best coding practices.
  • Debug and fix issues, conduct code reviews, and improve app reliability.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
  • Stay updated with React Native, JavaScript (ES6+), and mobile development trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Redux, and TypeScript.
  • Experience in integrating RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party libraries.
  • Familiarity with native development (Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, Java) is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of mobile app deployment processes on the App Store & Google Play Store.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
